Kelly is responsible for leading and implementing the human resources strategy for Nepsis. She is bringing clarity to the human resources function with systems, tools, and processes to guide and support leadership in continuing to build the best teams who are able to provide high-quality and curated guidance and service to our clients.
Kelly has over 10 years of experience in human resources both on large teams in many different industries from manufacturing to non-profit healthcare, as well as being a team of one in professional services firms. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
In Kelly’s free time, she enjoys reading, solving word and logic puzzles, and spending time with her husband and two children, whether it is a movie night, cheering on the Minnesota United Football Club (Come on you, Loons), or watching her daughter at gymnastics or son play soccer. She also saves a cuddle for their dog and cat every day.
