John joined the Nepsis® team in November 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hamline University, with concentrations in Accounting, Formal Reasoning, and Computer Science.
John began his career in the Sports and Entertainment industry, where he gained experience in various roles with NHL Hockey and Major League Baseball teams. He later served as a Controller, specializing in Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, and Cash Management.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, John has provided consulting and operational support to Banks, Transfer Agencies, and Insurance and Annuities organizations. His comprehensive understanding of regulated environments and financial controls has been a cornerstone of his career. John has developed deep expertise in Project and Program Management, Process Improvement, and the selection and implementation of enterprise software systems, including ERP, Accounting, and Payroll applications.
Outside of his professional work, John is an avid reader, enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, and practicing photography. He is actively involved in the Hamline University Business Mentorship program and supports local high school football teams by providing technology support for on-field operations.
