Troy Williams serves as Chief Operating Officer at Nepsis, overseeing the firm’s strategy and all corporate functions, including finance, marketing, technology, HR, strategy, and M&A. He is dedicated to advancing Nepsis’ mission of clarity, ensuring the firm remains client-focused and easy to work with.
With over 15 years in financial services and 25 years in Fortune 500 companies, Troy brings extensive experience from roles such as SVP of Enterprise Strategy at U.S. Bancorp (with significant work in Institutional and Corporate Banking and Operations), and a wide range of strategy, data & analytics, and M&A work in the Corporate Strategy group at Ameriprise Financial. His time at McKinsey & Company brought him into financial services, serving some of the largest banks and firms in the world.
Troy began his career at Best Buy Corporate, and holds a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from Texas Christian University.
Outside of work, Troy resides in Credit River, MN, with his wife, Katie, and their four children. He enjoys cheering at his three older children’s tennis matches, watching his youngest perform ballet, or embarking on family road trips.
